01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bdjl, accessing any part of the bdjl platform, or placing any bet or wager through bdjl, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bdjl.

If you are using bdjl on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bdjl, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdjl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bdjl for any reason.

bdjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, bdjl may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one bdjl account. If bdjl detects that a person holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjl login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bdjl will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

04 Deposits and Payments

bdjl accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bdjl, though your mobile banking provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bdjl wallet instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within ten minutes, contact bdjl support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate.

• bdjl does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Your mobile banking provider may charge standard transaction fees — these are outside bdjl's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bdjl reserves the right to request proof that a deposit was made from an account in your name before processing any withdrawal.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bdjl are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Most withdrawal requests are processed automatically and arrive in your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet within five minutes of submission.

For withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, bdjl may require identity verification before processing. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered contact details.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• bdjl reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.
• In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, bdjl may freeze a withdrawal pending investigation. You will be notified if this occurs.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bdjl offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all bdjl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wallet. Real money is used first when placing bets.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited.
• bdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If bdjl determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdjl are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being bet on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are available within each game on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

General betting rules that apply across all bdjl games and markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bdjl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game.
• bdjl reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or game session at its discretion.
• For live sports betting, bdjl may suspend a market at any time if the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. Bets placed before a suspension are settled based on the final result.

08 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bdjl is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bdjl to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false information to bdjl support or during the verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the bdjl platform.

bdjl monitors all accounts and betting activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected, bdjl may void affected bets, suspend or close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

bdjl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdjl has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via your registered contact details. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals. bdjl will investigate the reason for the suspension and communicate the outcome to you within a reasonable timeframe.

• If a suspension results in account closure, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
• If the closure is due to a terms violation, bdjl may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the violation.
• You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bdjl support. Any real money balance will be returned to you after standard verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdjl takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to every bdjl player from their account settings.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, bdjl encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact support to discuss your options. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

11 Privacy and Data

• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by factors outside bdjl's reasonable control, including network outages or third-party service failures.

13 Changes to Terms

bdjl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at bdjl.live/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, bdjl will notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the bdjl platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
